Graceland Hospital is a 200 bed state of the art hospital inside Graceland Housing. This Hospital is conveniently located to serve the people of surrounding vicinity including outskirts of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Turnol and Fateh Jang city but is very close to all the exits to the rest of the country including motorway and highway to NWFP and Punjab.

The estimated cost of the project which includes Main Hospital Building, Patient rooms, Outdoor Patient Building, Parking, Ambulance Paramedics is approximately $25 Million USD. We intend to provide medical facilities under one roof. This hospital is privately founded, managed and operated by professionals who ensure the stability and continuity of the health care delivery system.

  • Hospital will charge 30% maintenance & Operational charges while room owner will receive 70% of the room revenue.

    Terms and Conditions: purchasing a room in The Graceland Hospital

  • 20% downpayment and then 12 equal quarterly installments
  • Payment has to be done on time or as agreed in writing
  • Default in 2 consective payments may result in cancellation of the agreement and 15% of the total amount will be forfeited.
  • Applicant can transfer / sell the room only with consent of the hospital administration
  • Hospital will have first right to buy back the room in case applicant wants to sell it.
  • Room will only be used for admission of the patients.
  • 30% of the total monthly admission revenue will be retained by hospital for maintenance and operational expenses.
  • 70% of the total monthly admission revenue will be paid to the applicant.
  • Room rent will be collected and disbursed by the Hospital administration
  • Room owners association will have their own accountant.
  • Maintenance of the rooms will be hospitals responsibility
  • In case of death of the applicant, room will be transferred to the beneficiary appointed by the owner, court appointed successor.
  • In case of dispute among family members about room, court order will be final and rent accumulated will be dispersed to the court appointed legal heir of the room.
  • Applicant or its family or appointed third party will have no control whatso ever on room day to day managements.
  • Transparency will be maintained through pooling of monthly revenue of the rooms in their respective category and divided equally among room owners after deduction of hospital share of 30%.
  • Board of directors will be final authority regarding all matters related to hospital administration including rooms.
  • Applicant will be responsible for documentation charges for transfer / registry.
  • In case if there is any delay in the completion of the booked room by December 2010 (expected completion date), the applicant will be paid 10% per annum on the total paid amount by the applicant in addition to the total amoun paid by the applicant.
  • All disputes between the company and the applicant related to the rooms shall first attempt to settle mutually. If this fails the case will be referred to be mutual arbitrator whose decision will be final and binding on both parties.
  • No court order or stay order which may block the room from operation will be seeked by owner or its family member in case of dispute.
  • Room rent or any issues relating to the rooms will be decided by the hospital administration.
  • Investment is not FDIC Insured. Investment may loose value. Please evaluate risks, terms carefully before making investment decision.
  • By purchasing room/ward, the applicant agrees to the above terms and conditions.
